निरीक्षण के दौरान, क्यूआरटी (क्विक रिस्पांस टीम) में तैनात आयुष डॉक्टर दिपांकर किशोर रंजन अपनी ड्यूटी से नदारद मिले। इस पर संज्ञान लेते हुए, डीएम ने सिविल सर्जन को निर्देश दिया कि डॉक्टर रंजन की वेतन वृद्धि पर रोक लगाई जाए और उनके खिलाफ विभागीय कार्रवाई का प्रस्ताव भेजा जाए। इसी प्रकार, जीएनएम उषा कुमारी भी बिना अनुमति के ड्यूटी से अनुपस्थित पाई गईं। जिलाधिकारी ने उनके वेतन को रोकने और नियमानुसार आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने का आदेश दिया।
डीएम ने अस्पताल के कंट्रोल रूम और इमरजेंसी कक्ष का भी निरीक्षण किया, जहां डॉक्टर उपस्थित मिले। उन्होंने अस्पताल में भर्ती मरीजों से सीधे बातचीत कर उनके इलाज की स्थिति और उपलब्ध सुविधाओं के बारे में जानकारी ली। मरीजों ने इलाज और अस्पताल द्वारा प्रदान की जा रही सुविधाओं पर संतोष व्यक्त किया। जिलाधिकारी ने अस्पताल प्रबंधन को यह सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया कि सभी डॉक्टर और स्वास्थ्यकर्मी अपनी ड्यूटी पर नियमित रूप से उपस्थित रहें और मरीजों को समय पर सर्वोत्तम संभव उपचार मिल सके।

Similarly, GNM Usha Kumari was also found absent without authorization, leading to the DM's directive to stop her salary and take action as per regulations.
The District Magistrate also visited the control room and emergency ward, where doctors were present. He interacted with patients to gather feedback on their treatment and the facilities available at the hospital. Patients expressed satisfaction with the medical care and services provided. DM Bhutia directed the hospital administration to ensure the regular presence of all doctors and healthcare staff and to provide timely and quality treatment to patients.
