A youth sustained serious injuries in a road accident near Sikaria Temple in Jehanabad district on Sunday when his bike collided with a tempo. The injured has been identified as Satendra Pandit, a resident of Kendua. He was immediately admitted to the Sadar Hospital for treatment, where his condition is reported to be stable.

According to information, Satendra Pandit was on his way for some personal work on his bike. Near Sikaria Temple, his bike collided head-on with an oncoming tempo. The impact was so severe that Satendra fell off his bike, sustaining serious injuries to various parts of his body.

Following the incident, local residents and his family members promptly rushed Satendra to the Sadar Hospital. Doctors at the hospital provided first aid and stated his condition is stable, keeping him under observation. A crowd gathered at the accident site upon receiving news of the incident. Local residents have expressed deep concern over the increasing number of road accidents in the area. They have appealed to all vehicle drivers to exercise caution and strictly adhere to traffic rules to prevent such unfortunate incidents in the future.
