A public cooperation camp was organized on Wednesday at the ITC Bhawan in Bagdahara Panchayat, Jokihat block. The camp was held under the directives of District Magistrate Vinod Duhan, aiming to address the issues faced by villagers. Officials from various departments listened to the grievances of the local residents. A total of 53 applications were received, out of which two were resolved on the spot. The remaining cases have been forwarded to the respective departments for necessary action.

Senior officials inspected the camp and issued instructions for the timely disposal of complaints. Block Development Officer Durgesh Kumar stated that all applications have been registered on the 'Sahyog Portal' to ensure transparency in grievance redressal and enable online monitoring. This initiative is expected to help villagers directly convey their problems to officials and facilitate their quick resolution.
