In Khagaria, Bihar, a case has emerged where an obscene video of a minor girl was allegedly made and circulated on social media. The victim's mother has filed a complaint at Khagaria Women's Police Station against three youths, accusing them of sexual exploitation and circulating the video. The family claims they are facing public humiliation and distress since the video went viral.

According to the complaint, the accused made an objectionable video of the girl when she resisted their advances. Subsequently, one of the youths allegedly circulated the video on social media along with the girl's name and address. The police have registered a case and initiated an investigation, which includes a medical examination of the girl. Ramesh Kumar, SDPO-1 cum acting SDPO of Sadar-2 Alauli, confirmed that a case has been registered against three youths at the Women's Police Station and assured strict action will be taken.

However, during interrogation, the police found contradictions in the statements of the girl and her mother, leading to a re-recording of the girl's statement. Sources also suggest that the girl had been in a romantic relationship with one of the accused for several months. The police are incorporating these inconsistencies into their investigation. Currently, the police are conducting a thorough investigation, and further action will be taken based on the findings.
