A 24-hour Akhand Kirtan (non-stop devotional chanting) commenced on Friday in Khanapur village, under the Telhada police station area of Ekangarsarai block in Nalanda district. The entire village is now resonating with the chants of 'Hare Ram-Hare Krishna', creating a deeply spiritual atmosphere. Devotional songs and continuous remembrance of God's name are central to the kirtan.

Diwakar, associated with the organization, stated that the Akhand Kirtan was formally inaugurated on Friday by Acharya Bhushan Pandey after performing traditional prayers. The primary objective of this religious event is to chant the name of God and foster peace and unity within the community. He further informed that the ritual will conclude on Sunday, followed by a grand 'bhandara' (community feast) for devotees, including villagers and visitors.

There is considerable enthusiasm among the villagers for this event. Praveen Kumar, Vikas Kumar, Vinay Kumar, Roshan Kumar, and many other residents have actively contributed to making the program a success. Their participation has transformed this event into a symbol of faith and solidarity.
