कॉलेज के भवन निर्माण का कार्य लगभग पूरा हो चुका है और स्थानीय लोग लंबे समय से इसके उद्घाटन का इंतजार कर रहे थे। उन्हें उम्मीद थी कि इस डिग्री कॉलेज के शुरू होने से क्षेत्र के छात्र-छात्राओं को उच्च शिक्षा के लिए दूर नहीं जाना पड़ेगा। हालांकि, शिक्षकों की कमी ने इन उम्मीदों पर पानी फेर दिया है। शिक्षा विभाग के अधिकारियों ने बताया कि जब तक पर्याप्त संख्या में शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति नहीं हो जाती, तब तक कॉलेज का संचालन शुरू करना मुश्किल है।
