मधेपुरा के बैरवा गांव में बच्चों ने निकाली नशामुक्ति प्रभातफेरी, युवाओं को किया जागरूक

मधेपुरा के मठाही पंचायत स्थित बैरवा गांव में नशामुक्त समाज निर्माण के उद्देश्य से एक जागरूकता प्रभातफेरी का आयोजन किया गया। उत्क्रमित मध्य विद्यालय, बैरवा के छात्र-छात्राओं, शिक्षकों, पंचायत प्रतिनिधियों और ग्रामीणों ने इस पहल में सक्रिय रूप से भाग लिया। बच्चों ने हाथों में 'नशा छोड़ो-परिवार से रिश्ता जोड़ो' और 'हम सबने ठाना है-नशामुक्त गांव बनाना है' जैसे नारों वाली तख्तियां लेकर पूरे गांव का भ्रमण किया और लोगों को नशे के दुष्परिणामों के प्रति जागरूक किया।
प्रभातफेरी के दौरान छात्रों ने ग्रामीणों से नशे से दूर रहने और दूसरों को भी नशामुक्ति के लिए प्रेरित करने की अपील की। मठाही पंचायत समिति प्रतिनिधि अशोक कुमार ने बताया कि नशा केवल व्यक्ति को ही नहीं, बल्कि पूरे परिवार और समाज को प्रभावित करता है। सरपंच बलराम यादव ने नशे के कारण प्रभावित हो रहे परिवारों पर चिंता व्यक्त करते हुए सामूहिक प्रयास से गांव को नशामुक्त बनाने पर जोर दिया। पूर्व पैक्स अध्यक्ष बालकिशोर यादव ने युवा पीढ़ी पर नशे के बढ़ते असर पर चिंता जताते हुए अभिभावकों और समाज के लोगों से युवाओं को नशे से दूर रखने के लिए आगे आने का आह्वान किया। जिला मानवाधिकार संयोजक शंभू कुमार शरण ने बच्चों के इस अभियान की सराहना की और नशामुक्त समाज को प्रत्येक नागरिक की जिम्मेदारी बताया।
विद्यालय के प्रधानाध्यापक प्रमोद कुमार ने जानकारी दी कि बच्चों को शिक्षा के साथ-साथ सामाजिक जिम्मेदारियों के प्रति भी जागरूक किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि नशा व्यक्ति के स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा, परिवार और भविष्य को नकारात्मक रूप से प्रभावित करता है। जनप्रतिनिधियों ने बताया कि मठाही पंचायत क्षेत्र में नशामुक्ति को लेकर यह दूसरा जागरूकता कार्यक्रम है। यह अभियान केवल बैरवा गांव तक सीमित नहीं रहेगा, बल्कि पंचायत के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में ऐसे और कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जाएंगे। उन्होंने चिंता व्यक्त की कि गांव में लगभग 10 वर्ष के बच्चों से लेकर युवा और बुजुर्ग तक सूखे नशे की चपेट में आ रहे हैं, जिसके कारण ऐसे जागरूकता अभियानों को लगातार चलाने की आवश्यकता है। प्रभातफेरी में ऋतु रंजन, राजेश रंजन, शंकर पंजियार, नीतीश कुमार सहित कई अन्य लोग उपस्थित थे।

Students, teachers, panchayat representatives, and villagers from Utkramit Madhya Vidyalaya, Bairwa, actively participated in this initiative. Children carried placards with slogans like 'Quit drugs - reconnect with family' and 'We have decided - to make our village drug-free' as they toured the village, educating people about the harmful effects of drug abuse.
During the rally, students appealed to villagers to stay away from drugs and inspire others towards de-addiction. Ashok Kumar, Mathahi Panchayat Committee representative, stated that drug abuse affects not only individuals but also entire families and society. Sarpanch Balram Yadav expressed concern over families impacted by drugs and emphasized collective efforts to make the village drug-free. Former PACS President Balkishore Yadav voiced apprehension about the increasing influence of drugs on the youth and urged parents and community members to step forward to keep young people away from addiction. District Human Rights Convener Shambhu Kumar Sharan praised the children's campaign and called a drug-free society every citizen's responsibility.
The school's headmaster, Pramod Kumar, informed that children are being made aware of social responsibilities alongside their education. He highlighted that drugs negatively impact an individual's health, education, family, and future. Public representatives mentioned that this is the second awareness program concerning drug de-addiction in the Mathahi Panchayat area. This campaign will not be limited to Bairwa village but will be continuously organized in various parts of the panchayat. They expressed concern that individuals ranging from approximately 10-year-old children to youth and elders in the village are falling prey to dry drugs, necessitating continuous awareness campaigns. Many others, including Ritu Ranjan, Rajesh Ranjan, Shankar Panjiyar, and Nitish Kumar, were present at the Prabhatferi.
