A massive fire broke out late Monday night at a flood relief camp in Madhepura district, causing widespread panic. The incident occurred at the flood relief camp established within the Madhepura Bazar Samiti complex, where numerous displaced families were seeking shelter. The blaze was so intense that its flames were visible from a distance, creating a terrifying situation for those present in the camp.

Upon receiving information, local administration and the fire department promptly responded. Four fire tenders rushed to the scene to bring the inferno under control. Firefighters worked tirelessly for hours before successfully extinguishing the flames. Fortunately, there were no casualties reported in the incident, as all individuals were safely evacuated.

The cause of the fire is yet to be determined, with police and the fire department currently investigating.
