Madhubani MLA organized a public hearing program at his residence on Wednesday. More than 150 complainants met the MLA with their problems. The MLA patiently listened to the problems of all the complainants and instructed the concerned officials on the spot to take immediate action.

During the public hearing, various types of complaints came to light, prominent among which were land disputes, problems related to ration cards, old age pensions, complaints about the Nal-Jal scheme, delays in housing schemes, and issues related to local development. The MLA paid personal attention to each complaint and assured the complainants that their problems would be resolved as soon as possible. He gave clear instructions to the officials that no kind of negligence in matters of public interest would be tolerated.

The MLA stated that the main objective of the public hearing program is to act as a bridge between the public and the administration, so that the problems of the common people can be directly brought to their attention and their resolution can be ensured. He said that such programs provide a direct opportunity for the public to voice their concerns and also fix the accountability of the administration.

On this occasion, local public representatives and party workers were also present, who cooperated in making the program successful. The MLA said that he will continue to organize such public hearing programs regularly in the future so that the people of the area do not have to wander for the solution of their problems. He appealed to the public to come to him with their legitimate demands and complaints, so that they can be properly resolved.
