A tragic incident unfolded in Bhagalpur district where a young man died during treatment after allegedly falling from a train. His family members claim that it was not an accident but a deliberate act, alleging he was pushed from the train. The incident reportedly occurred on Monday night when the youth was found unconscious near the railway tracks.

The deceased has been identified as Rahul Kumar, a resident of Tetri in Naugachhia. Rahul was found severely injured near the railway line on Monday night. With the help of locals, he was immediately admitted to a private hospital in Mayaganj, where his condition remained critical. Despite all efforts by the doctors, Rahul succumbed to his injuries on Wednesday during treatment.

Rahul's family members stated that he frequently traveled by train and was experienced in boarding and alighting. Therefore, his sudden fall from the train seems suspicious to them. The family suspects that an unknown person intentionally pushed Rahul from the moving train, leading to this unfortunate incident. They have urged the police administration to conduct a thorough investigation into the matter and take strict action against the culprits.

Upon receiving information about the incident, the police took custody of the body and sent it for post-mortem. Both the Railway Police and local police have begun investigating the case. Police officials stated that the exact cause of death would be determined only after the post-mortem report is received.
