In Muzaffarpur, the process for appointing Center Superintendents for the upcoming Matric (10th) and Inter (12th) examinations has commenced. District Education Officer (DEO) Kumar Arvind Sinha has directed all headmasters to submit their consent letters for assuming the role of Center Superintendent. Special emphasis has been placed on seeking consent with supporting evidence from headmasters appointed in 2025 to upgraded Plus Two schools.

The district will have over 150 examination centers for both Matric and Inter exams combined. The recommendations for these centers, along with the consent of the superintendents, must be submitted to the Bihar Board by October 31st. A specific format has been issued for this purpose, requiring headmasters to provide their name, mobile number, email ID, and indicate their willingness or unwillingness to serve as a Center Superintendent.

Headmasters who agree to the role must also provide evidence of their previous experience as a Center Superintendent, including the number of years served. Newly appointed headmasters are required to furnish their state-level merit serial number issued by the Bihar Public Service Commission. All headmasters are mandated to submit the completed format to the DEO office by October 26th.
