Additionally, several complaints related to ration cards were received, including issues with applying for new cards, adding or removing names from existing cards, and distribution problems.

Officials present at the camp stated that their endeavor is to ensure people can easily avail government scheme benefits and do not have to repeatedly visit government offices for their issues. They provided necessary instructions to employees of the concerned departments on the spot and resolved many complaints immediately. For complaints requiring more time, applications were taken, and further action was assured.
