Shalini Kumari assumed charge as the new Circle Officer (CO) at the Harnaut Anchal (Circle) Office in Nalanda district on Friday. She took over from the outgoing Circle Officer, Ajit Kumar. Following her assumption of duties, Shalini Kumari held an introductory meeting with all staff members of the office, where she outlined her working style and priorities.

The new CO particularly emphasized the swift and timely disposal of applications related to public interest. She stated that all applications submitted to the office must be processed within the stipulated time frame to prevent any inconvenience to the general public. She also instructed that no application should be kept pending unnecessarily.

Shalini Kumari stressed the importance of maintaining transparency and efficiency in resolving land revenue-related matters, mutation, land reforms, and other land disputes. She also committed to ensuring that the benefits of various government welfare schemes reach the rightful beneficiaries. She further highlighted the need for improving internal office operations and making the work culture more public-centric.

All staff members of the Anchal office were present on this occasion, welcoming the new Circle Officer and assuring her of their full cooperation. Shalini Kumari expressed her commitment to the development and good governance of the Harnaut Anchal and pledged to deliver better results with everyone's support. She also appealed to the public to approach the office with their concerns, assuring them of resolution as per rules.
