Lakhisarai Police have achieved a significant success under 'Operation Chetak,' recovering a Bolero vehicle that was stolen two months ago from the city. The vehicle was reportedly stolen from near the Hanuman Temple in Nayabazar, Lakhisarai. Following the theft, the police launched an intensive investigation and conducted continuous raids to locate the vehicle.

According to police sources, the theft occurred two months prior, and since then, the police have been actively pursuing leads. 'Operation Chetak' is a specialized campaign aimed at curbing theft incidents and recovering stolen vehicles. Under this initiative, a special team was formed, which utilized both technical and human intelligence to track down the stolen Bolero.

The owner of the recovered Bolero expressed gratitude to the police administration, stating that they had little hope of recovering the vehicle. The police's prompt action and the effectiveness of 'Operation Chetak' led to the successful recovery. While the vehicle has been found, no arrests have been made yet in connection with the theft. Police officials have stated that efforts are underway to identify and apprehend the culprits soon.
