An overloaded and uncontrolled tractor collided with two electric poles near Gattani School, causing them to break and fall. The incident occurred last Monday. Fortunately, a large transformer in the vicinity was spared from damage. The collapse of the poles resulted in a power outage that lasted for several hours, causing significant inconvenience to local residents.

Eyewitnesses reported that the tractor was heavily overloaded with sand and the driver was speeding. At a turn near Gattani School, the tractor lost control and crashed directly into the electric poles. The impact was severe enough to uproot both poles, sending them crashing to the ground. It was fortunate that the transformer remained intact, otherwise the situation could have been much worse.

Upon receiving information, local electricity department personnel promptly arrived at the scene. They immediately cut off the power supply and commenced repair work. It took several hours to remove the broken poles and install new ones. During this period, the entire area experienced a blackout, leaving residents, especially in the evening, in darkness.
