पूर्वी चंपारण जिले के पताही थाना क्षेत्र में पुलिस ने एक बड़ी कार्रवाई की है। आर्म्स एक्ट के एक फरार अभियुक्त के घर पर न्यायालय के आदेश पर इश्तेहार चस्पा किया गया है। यह कार्रवाई पताही पुलिस द्वारा की गई, जिसमें अभियुक्त को जल्द से जल्द न्यायालय में आत्मसमर्पण करने का निर्देश दिया गया है।
जानकारी के अनुसार, पताही थाना कांड संख्या 92/2023 के अभियुक्त मोहम्मद जियाउल के घर पर पुलिस ने दबिश दी। अभियुक्त मोहम्मद जियाउल, जो कि पताही गांव का निवासी है, आर्म्स एक्ट से संबंधित मामले में लंबे समय से फरार चल रहा था। न्यायालय द्वारा कई बार समन जारी किए जाने के बावजूद वह उपस्थित नहीं हो रहा था, जिसके बाद न्यायालय ने इश्तेहार चस्पा करने का आदेश दिया।
पताही थानाध्यक्ष संदीप कुमार ने बताया कि न्यायालय के आदेश का पालन करते हुए पुलिस टीम ने अभियुक्त के घर जाकर इश्तेहार चस्पा किया है। इस इश्तेहार के माध्यम से अभियुक्त को यह चेतावनी दी गई है कि यदि वह निर्धारित समय सीमा के भीतर न्यायालय में आत्मसमर्पण नहीं करता है, तो उसके विरुद्ध कुर्की-जब्ती की कार्रवाई की जाएगी। पुलिस ने स्पष्ट किया है कि कानून तोड़ने वालों को किसी भी कीमत पर बख्शा नहीं जाएगा और सभी फरार अभियुक्तों को कानून के दायरे में लाने के लिए ऐसी कार्रवाई जारी रहेगी।
पुलिस प्रशासन ने स्थानीय लोगों से भी अपील की है कि यदि उन्हें इस अभियुक्त या किसी अन्य फरार अपराधी के बारे में कोई जानकारी हो, तो वे तत्काल पुलिस को सूचित करें। पुलिस ने विश्वास दिलाया है कि सूचना देने वाले की पहचान गोपनीय रखी जाएगी। यह कार्रवाई क्षेत्र में कानून व्यवस्था बनाए रखने और अपराधियों पर नकेल कसने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है।
In a significant move in East Champaran district, Patahi police have taken action against an absconding accused in an Arms Act case. Acting on a court order, the police pasted a summons (ishtihar) at the residence of the accused, instructing him to surrender before the court without delay.
The accused, identified as Mohammad Ziaul, a resident of Patahi village, has been absconding in connection with Patahi Police Station Case No. 92/2023, which is related to the Arms Act. Despite multiple summons issued by the court, Ziaul failed to appear, prompting the court to order the pasting of the summons at his home.
Patahi Station House Officer Sandeep Kumar stated that adhering to the court's directive, a police team visited the accused's house and affixed the summons. The notice warns the accused that if he fails to surrender before the court within the stipulated timeframe, attachment and confiscation proceedings will be initiated against his property. The police emphasized their commitment to bringing all absconding criminals to justice and maintaining law and order in the region. They also appealed to the public to provide any information regarding the accused, assuring confidentiality.
