Manish Kumar has taken charge as the new Circle Officer (CO) in Patahi block of East Champaran district. After assuming office, he declared that any form of bribery and corruption within the block office would not be tolerated. He made it clear that strict action would be taken against those found guilty after investigating complaints.

During the charge-taking ceremony, all block employees, revenue staff, and panchayat secretaries warmly welcomed the new Circle Officer. On this occasion, CO Manish Kumar addressed the employees, urging them to discharge their duties with complete honesty and transparency. He also emphasized that public interest work would be prioritized, and utmost care would be taken to ensure that the general public does not face any difficulties.

Kumar stressed that his priority is to ensure the benefits of government schemes reach the common people, and no negligence in this regard would be tolerated. He appealed to the employees to maintain honesty and integrity in their work. He warned that if any complaint of corruption is found against an employee and proven true, strict action would be taken as per rules.

Several dignitaries, public representatives, and local villagers were also present, who welcomed the new CO and expressed hope for better administration during his tenure. Employees assured the new CO of their full cooperation. This firm stance by the Circle Officer is expected to increase transparency in the block office and enable the public to access government services without hindrance.
