वाहन की तलाशी लेने पर उसके नंबर प्लेट को लेकर संदेह गहरा गया। शुरुआती जाँच में पता चला है कि वाहन पर लगा नंबर प्लेट फर्जी हो सकता है। पुलिस अब इस बात की भी जाँच कर रही है कि क्या यह वाहन किसी आपराधिक घटना में शामिल था या इसे किसी चोरी के मामले में इस्तेमाल किया गया था। जब्त वाहन को स्थानीय थाने में ले जाया गया है और आगे की कार्रवाई की जा रही है। पुलिस फरार तस्करों की पहचान करने और उन्हें गिरफ्तार करने के लिए आस-पास के सीसीटीवी फुटेज खंगाल रही है और मुखबिरों से जानकारी जुटा रही है। इस घटना ने एक बार फिर सीमावर्ती क्षेत्रों में वाहनों की तस्करी और फर्जी नंबर प्लेट के इस्तेमाल पर चिंता बढ़ा दी है।
