Following Delhi and Ranchi, thousands of aspirants for various competitive examinations are now protesting in Patna, Bihar. At the Gardanibagh protest site, two different student factions, under the banners of the Bihar Student Union and All Bihar Student Union, have begun an indefinite 'Student Justice Satyagraha'. These students have raised several key demands concerning examinations such as BPSC TRE 4, BPSC 70th, Daroga recruitment, and other competitive exams.

Led by student leader Dilip Kumar, the 'Student Justice Satyagraha' commenced on Tuesday at Gardanibagh with the singing of the national anthem, Vande Mataram, and 'Raghupati Raghav Raja Ram'. Dilip Kumar has issued a 24-hour ultimatum to the government, stating that if the TRE 4 notification is not released within this period, they will gherao the residence of Education Minister Mithilesh Tiwari.

Under pressure from this movement, the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) is reportedly preparing to issue the advertisement for the fourth phase of the teacher recruitment examination (TRE 4) shortly. Education Minister Mithilesh Tiwari has also assured that the TRE 4 recruitment advertisement will be released for a maximum number of posts, exceeding the previously announced vacancies.

Student leader Saurabh Kumar, under the All Bihar Student Union, has put forward a 13-point charter of demands regarding competitive examinations and recruitment processes. These demands include the complete cancellation of the 70th BPSC examination, early conduct of all pending exams by BSSC (including Intermediate, CGL, ASO, and BSO), swift completion of the TRE-4 recruitment process, and implementation of a 'one exam, one candidate, one result' system. Additionally, they are demanding the cancellation of the Daroga recruitment exam for 1,799 posts and the provision of question papers, answer keys, and OMR sheets to candidates after the examination. Aspirants have also called for a high-level investigation into various cancelled BPSC exams, including AEDO, and accountability for those found responsible.
