फुलपरास पुलिस ने दो वारंटियों को किया गिरफ्तार, न्यायिक हिरासत में भेजा गया

मधुबनी जिले के फुलपरास थाना पुलिस ने विशेष अभियान चलाकर दो वारंटियों को गिरफ्तार करने में सफलता हासिल की है। पुलिस को गुप्त सूचना मिली थी कि ये दोनों वारंटी अपने घरों पर मौजूद हैं। इस सूचना के आधार पर त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए पुलिस टीम ने छापेमारी की और दोनों वारंटियों को दबोच लिया।
गिरफ्तार वारंटियों की पहचान फुलपरास थाना क्षेत्र के ग्राम डेंगराही निवासी 45 वर्षीय लाल मोहमद अंसारी और ग्राम ब्रह्मपुर निवासी 40 वर्षीय रामदेव यादव के रूप में हुई है। पुलिस के अनुसार, ये दोनों व्यक्ति लंबे समय से विभिन्न मामलों में वांछित थे और न्यायालय द्वारा इनके खिलाफ गिरफ्तारी वारंट जारी किए गए थे। पुलिस इनकी तलाश में लगातार जुटी हुई थी, लेकिन ये लगातार फरार चल रहे थे।
फुलपरास थानाध्यक्ष के निर्देश पर गठित एक विशेष टीम ने इस कार्रवाई को अंजाम दिया। टीम ने पेशेवर तरीके से गुप्त सूचना का सत्यापन किया और फिर सटीक रणनीति के साथ छापेमारी की। गिरफ्तारी के बाद, दोनों वारंटियों को फुलपरास थाना लाया गया, जहाँ उनसे आवश्यक पूछताछ की गई। पूछताछ के उपरांत, पुलिस ने विधिवत कानूनी प्रक्रिया का पालन करते हुए उन्हें अनुमंडल न्यायिक दंडाधिकारी के समक्ष पेश किया। न्यायालय ने दोनों वारंटियों के खिलाफ लगे आरोपों और जारी वारंटों की गंभीरता को देखते हुए उन्हें न्यायिक हिरासत में भेजने का आदेश दिया। इसके बाद दोनों को मंडल कारा भेज दिया गया है।
पुलिस अधिकारियों ने बताया कि आपराधिक गतिविधियों पर अंकुश लगाने और न्यायालय के आदेशों का पालन सुनिश्चित करने के लिए ऐसे अभियान भविष्य में भी जारी रहेंगे। उन्होंने आम जनता से भी अपील की है कि वे अपराध नियंत्रण में पुलिस का सहयोग करें और किसी भी आपराधिक गतिविधि या वांछित व्यक्ति के बारे में सूचना होने पर तत्काल पुलिस को सूचित करें।

According to police officials, these two individuals had been evading arrest for a considerable period, with judicial warrants issued against them by the court.
Under the directive of the Phulparas Station House Officer, a special team was formed to execute this operation. After their arrest and necessary interrogation at the Phulparas police station, both individuals were produced before the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate. The court, recognizing the seriousness of the charges and the outstanding warrants, ordered them to be sent to judicial custody. They have since been transferred to the divisional jail.
Police authorities have stated that similar operations will continue in the future to curb criminal activities and ensure compliance with court orders. They have also appealed to the public to cooperate with the police in crime control and report any information regarding criminal activities or wanted persons immediately.
