पूर्णिया पुलिस ने मोबाइल लूट की घटना के 48 घंटे के भीतर दो बदमाशों को गिरफ्तार किया है। एसडीपीओ-1 अभिनव पराशर ने बताया कि मधुबनी थाना क्षेत्र में एक बाइक सवार व्यक्ति से मोबाइल लूटा गया था, जिसके बाद मधुबनी थाना और तकनीकी शाखा ने संयुक्त रूप से कार्रवाई की। पुलिस ने इस वारदात में इस्तेमाल की गई बाइक और लूटा गया मोबाइल भी बरामद कर लिया है।
गिरफ्तार आरोपियों की पहचान मरंगा थाना क्षेत्र के मिल्की वार्ड-10 निवासी नीरज कुमार ठाकुर और खजांची थाना क्षेत्र के गोकुल कृष्ण आश्रम रोड, सुभाष नगर निवासी अंकित केसरी उर्फ गोलू के रूप में हुई है। मुख्य आरोपी नीरज कुमार ठाकुर का पहले से आपराधिक इतिहास रहा है। पुलिस ने गिरोह के अन्य सदस्यों की भी पहचान कर ली है और उनकी गिरफ्तारी के लिए लगातार छापेमारी की जा रही है।
एसडीपीओ-1 अभिनव पराशर ने बताया कि गिरफ्तार दोनों आरोपियों के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई की जा रही है। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि इस गिरोह में शामिल अन्य संलिप्त व्यक्तियों की पहचान कर ली गई है और जल्द ही उन्हें भी गिरफ्तार कर लिया जाएगा। पुलिस इस मामले को गंभीरता से ले रही है और अपराध पर नकेल कसने के लिए हर संभव प्रयास कर रही है।

The arrested accused have been identified as Neeraj Kumar Thakur, a resident of Milki Ward-10 under Maranga police station, and Ankit Kesari alias Golu, a resident of Subhash Nagar, Gokul Krishna Ashram Road, under Khajanchi police station. The primary accused, Neeraj Kumar Thakur, has a prior criminal record. Police have also identified other members of the gang and are conducting raids for their arrest.
SDPO-1 Abhinav Parashar confirmed that legal action is being taken against the two arrested individuals. He added that other persons involved in the gang have also been identified and will be apprehended soon. The police are treating the matter seriously and are making every effort to curb crime in the area.
