In Gun Sagar village, under the Tehatarhat police station area of Lakhisarai district, a verbal altercation over a drain dispute escalated into a physical fight on Saturday. Three women sustained serious injuries in the incident and have been admitted to Lakhisarai Sadar Hospital for treatment.

The injured women have been identified as Geeta Devi (40), Anita Devi (35), and her minor daughter, all residents of Gun Sagar village. All three are currently receiving treatment at the Sadar Hospital. The victims alleged that Jitan Bind, Sudhir Bind, and Bhola Bind, all from the same village, assaulted them.

Upon receiving information about the incident, police were alerted via the 112 helpline. Officers promptly arrived at the scene and transported the injured to Sadar Hospital. The aggrieved family has filed a written complaint at the Tehatarhat police station. Tehatarhat Station House Officer (SHO) Ilu Upadhyay confirmed that a complaint has been received from the victim's family and appropriate legal action will be taken after investigation. This incident highlights how minor disputes can escalate, leading to significant harm.
