Retired Panchayat Secretary Anand Mohan Chaudhary, who was posted at the Benipatti block office, has been transferred to another block. This development was announced by Sanjay Singh, the representative of Mahammadpur Panchayat Mukhiya, in a press statement. Singh stated in a video message that he had corresponded with the department demanding the removal of Anand Mohan Chaudhary, who had been deployed in the same Benipatti block for 14 consecutive years. He alleged that this deployment was being carried out improperly due to collusion between the District Establishment Office and the District Panchayat Raj Office.

Singh also highlighted that, according to rules, a retired official like Anand Mohan Chaudhary should not have been authorized to sign on MV (Measurement Book). Following Singh's correspondence, the department took action, removing Chaudhary from Benipatti and reassigning him to another block. This move has been welcomed by panchayat representatives who had been raising this issue for a long time.
