An extensive awareness campaign was launched in Runnisaidpur block of Sitamarhi district to combat social evils such as child labor, human trafficking, bonded labor, and child marriage. A special awareness chariot, flagged off by the Block Development Officer (BDO) and Labor Inspector, was deployed with the support of Aditi Sanstha.

The chariot is traveling through rural areas and markets, informing the public and shopkeepers about the detrimental effects of child labor. The campaign specifically targets owners of shops, hotels, dhabas, garages, and other establishments, urging them not to employ children. People are also encouraged to report any suspicious activities related to child labor, human trafficking, or bonded labor to the relevant authorities or administration.

Furthermore, the campaign educates people about the harmful consequences of child marriage and the community's role in preventing it. The primary objective is to make people responsible for children's safety, education, and rights. Gunja Kumari, Vandana Kumari, and Shoni Kumari of Aditi Sanstha played an active role in making this campaign a success. This collaborative effort aims to curb child labor, promote children's education, raise awareness about human trafficking and bonded labor, and foster community participation to eradicate the practice of child marriage.
