Sahebpur Kamal: A decision has been made for hundreds of workers from Sahebpur Kamal to participate in a rally scheduled for September 1st in Delhi. In this regard, a significant meeting of the CPI regional council was held on Monday at Zamindar Mahto's residence in Sanha Paschim Panchayat. The meeting, presided over by Gopal Poddar, discussed preparations for the workers' departure to Delhi. It was decided that the workers would leave for Delhi on August 29th via the Jansadharan Express.

During the meeting, former chief Manoj Kumar accused the central government of increasing inflation. He stated that the continuous rise in prices of essential commodities is disrupting the budgets of ordinary families. Kumar cited the example of increasing sugar prices, noting that the impact of inflation is evident even during festivals like Raksha Bandhan. He also questioned the government's policy of ethanol blending in petrol, claiming it leads to lower mileage and increased maintenance costs for vehicle owners. He criticized the government regarding road construction and toll systems, arguing that while road construction is touted as an achievement, people face financial burdens through road tax after purchasing vehicles and toll taxes during travel.

National Council member Lalita Kumari criticized various policies of the central government, emphasizing the need to prioritize education, employment, and social development issues over politics of hatred and division. Pratap Narayan Singh informed that necessary preparations have begun to transport party workers to Delhi.
