Samastipur: The district administration has adopted a strict stance regarding the dilapidated condition, incomplete construction, and drainage issues of the main road connecting Satmalpur to Warisnagar block headquarters. Purushottam Kumar, BJP Education Cell's North Samastipur District Convener, met with the District Magistrate and Deputy Development Commissioner to highlight the severe problems. He submitted an official application stating that the contractor had left the road construction incomplete, turning the route into a deplorable state. Constant waterlogging and the flow of dirty water on the road have led to frequent accidents, causing significant difficulties for schoolchildren, patients, and local villagers.

The District Magistrate and Deputy Development Commissioner took serious note of the matter and immediately contacted officials from the Rural Development Department. They issued clear directives to complete the repair and construction of this main road section without any delay. Furthermore, orders were given to ensure immediate alternative measures to prevent dirty water from overflowing onto the road. Administrative officials also emphasized the construction of soak pits or other necessary steps to alleviate waterlogging. This road is a crucial lifeline for the local populace, and its poor condition had severely disrupted daily life.

The strict approach of the district administration has now instilled hope among local residents for a resolution to the problem. BJP leader Purushottam Kumar commended the administration's swift and positive action. He expressed confidence that the administration's intervention would soon resolve the long-pending road issue, freeing the public from significant commuting difficulties.
