The Sheikhpura district administration launched a comprehensive administrative inspection campaign across the district on Thursday to ensure the implementation of government schemes and the quality of basic services provided to the public. As per the District Magistrate's directives, separate teams of senior district and block-level officers visited various Panchayats on September 2nd and 3rd to physically inspect government institutions.

The officers were instructed to compulsorily inspect primary and secondary schools, Anganwadi centers, and primary, additional, and sub-health centers in their allotted Panchayats. During the inspection, the attendance of teachers, healthcare workers, and Anganwadi assistants, as well as the condition of buildings and other basic facilities, were assessed. Additionally, the mid-day meal scheme, ICDS nutrition programs, and the availability of medicines at health centers were also scrutinized.

To make the inspection process transparent and swift, the district administration developed Google Forms and QR code-based digital inspection forms. Officers uploaded attendance, available facilities, and inspection-related photographs online directly from the site. DPRO Arya Gautam stated that various officers, including the District Transport Officer, DPRO, Additional Collector, DEO, SDO, and BDO, were assigned inspection duties in different Panchayats across Sheikhpura, Barbigha, Ariyari, Ghatkusumbha, Chewara, and Shekhopursarai blocks. A consolidated report of the inspection will be submitted to the District Magistrate, and appropriate action will be taken against concerned personnel and officers in case of negligence or irregularities.
