शिवहर जिले में न्याय व्यवस्था को सुदृढ़ करने और मामलों के त्वरित निपटारे के उद्देश्य से अपर समाहर्ता न्यायालय के एक नए कक्ष का उद्घाटन किया गया है। इस महत्वपूर्ण पहल का उद्घाटन जिला पदाधिकारी (डीएम) ने स्वयं किया। इस अवसर पर डीएम ने स्पष्ट रूप से कहा कि न्याय में किसी भी प्रकार की देरी बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी और उनका लक्ष्य है कि सभी मामलों का निपटारा यथाशीघ्र किया जाए।
नए कक्ष के खुलने से न्यायिक प्रक्रिया में तेजी आने और लंबित मामलों के बोझ को कम करने में मदद मिलने की उम्मीद है। डीएम ने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि अपर समाहर्ता न्यायालय में आने वाले हर मामले को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर देखा जाए और संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि वे पूरी निष्ठा और पारदर्शिता के साथ अपने कर्तव्यों का निर्वहन करें। उन्होंने कहा कि नागरिकों को समय पर न्याय दिलाना प्रशासन की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है।
इस उद्घाटन समारोह में जिले के कई वरिष्ठ अधिकारी और न्यायिक कर्मचारी मौजूद थे। सभी ने इस पहल का स्वागत किया और इसे न्याय व्यवस्था को मजबूत करने की दिशा में एक सकारात्मक कदम बताया। नए कक्ष में आधुनिक सुविधाएं भी उपलब्ध कराई गई हैं ताकि न्यायिक कार्य सुचारु रूप से संचालित हो सकें। डीएम ने सभी से अपील की कि वे इस नई व्यवस्था का पूर्ण लाभ उठाएं और न्याय के लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने में सहयोग करें। उनका यह भी कहना था कि प्रशासन लगातार ऐसी व्यवस्थाएं बनाने का प्रयास कर रहा है जिससे आम जनता को किसी भी तरह की परेशानी का सामना न करना पड़े और उन्हें आसानी से न्याय मिल सके।
