Traffic has been severely affected in the Beruarbari region due to the collapse of a section of the culvert over the Gadadi Nala on the Shivpur-Suryapura pitch road. Hundreds of villagers and school students are facing significant difficulties because of the damaged culvert and road subsidence. This route is used daily by residents and students from dozens of villages, including Kaithwali, Delhua, Babhnauli, Aseg, and Suryapura, to reach the district headquarters, Ballia.

The collapse of the culvert has halted the movement of large school vehicles, forcing people to travel an additional five kilometers. There is a constant risk of accidents for small vehicles and students attempting to cross the damaged culvert. It is reported that a section of the culvert collapsed during the last rainy season, creating a large pit in half of the road. Vehicle drivers fear the complete collapse of the culvert.

Local residents have repeatedly contacted concerned officials for repairs, but no action has been taken so far. This has led to deep resentment among villagers towards the administration. Villagers, including Vinod Verma, Bijendra Singh, Ravindra Singh, and Surendra Gupta, have demanded immediate repair of the culvert to restore smooth traffic flow.
