Siwan: The operation of Disneyland fairs and rides set up in the Siwan Sadar sub-division area has been immediately halted on October 20. This order was issued by the Sadar SDO (Sub-Divisional Officer) in anticipation of a massive rush of devotees at Durga Puja pandals and fairs on the day of Dashami.

According to the order released by the sub-divisional office, a huge crowd of devotees and visitors was observed on Ashtami and Navami days of Durga Puja. Considering this, the decision was taken to prevent potential law and order issues and the possibility of any untoward incidents. The order specifically directs the immediate closure of Disneyland fairs and rides in both urban and rural areas on Dashami, October 20.

All Circle Officers and Station House Officers have been instructed to ensure compliance with this order in their respective jurisdictions. The SDO has also directed concerned officials to take necessary action to stop the operation of the fairs and rides. Copies of the order have been sent to the District Magistrate, Superintendent of Police, and Sub-Divisional Police Officer for information and necessary action. The administration's primary objective behind this decision is to maintain peace, security, and law and order amidst the large crowds expected on Dashami, thereby preventing any unfortunate incidents.
