मेले में शामिल होने के लिए अभ्यर्थियों का रोजगार सेतु पोर्टल पर निबंधन अनिवार्य है। जिन युवाओं ने अब तक पंजीकरण नहीं कराया है, वे आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर जाकर निबंधन करा सकते हैं। हालांकि, मेले के दिन परिसर में भी निःशुल्क निबंधन की व्यवस्था रहेगी। मेले में प्रवेश और भागीदारी पूरी तरह निःशुल्क है। जिला नियोजन पदाधिकारी सुमित कुमार सिंह ने इच्छुक अभ्यर्थियों से अपने आवश्यक शैक्षणिक प्रमाणपत्रों, बायोडाटा और अन्य संबंधित दस्तावेजों के साथ निर्धारित तिथि और समय पर पहुंचने की अपील की है। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि नियोजन की चयन प्रक्रिया और मानदंडों के लिए संबंधित नियोजक स्वयं जिम्मेदार होंगे, जबकि जिला नियोजनालय की भूमिका केवल सुविधा प्रदाता की होगी।

Registration on the Rojgar Setu portal is mandatory for participation, though free registration facilities will also be available at the fair venue. Entry and participation are free. District Employment Officer Sumit Kumar Singh urged aspiring candidates to arrive with their educational certificates, resumes, and other relevant documents. He clarified that the selection process and criteria would be solely the responsibility of the employers, with the District Employment Office acting as a facilitator.
