The road leading to the Mata Kali Temple in Sohanpur village, located in Inguri Sarai (Bhatpar Rani), Deoria district, is in a deplorable state. This crucial road connects several villages, but its incomplete construction, coupled with numerous potholes and uneven surfaces, is causing significant inconvenience for commuters.

During the ongoing Navratri festival, a large number of devotees, including women and children, visit the Mata Kali Temple daily for worship. The poor condition of the road poses a constant risk of accidents and falls. Puja Pandey stated that while devotee footfall increases during Navratri, the road's condition has become a major problem. Neha Yadav mentioned that the road construction was left unfinished.

Local resident Ravindra Patwa has urged for immediate repairs, and Vinay Pandey has lodged a complaint with the authorities regarding the issue. Villagers are hopeful that the concerned department will promptly undertake the road's repair, providing relief to devotees and ensuring their safe passage to the temple.
