आज आयोजित जनता दरबार में पुलिस अधीक्षक (SP) ने लंबित मामलों के प्रति गंभीर चिंता व्यक्त की। उन्होंने स्पष्ट शब्दों में कहा कि मामलों के निपटारे में किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी। जनता दरबार में मुख्य रूप से भूमि विवाद, घरेलू हिंसा और आपसी विवाद से संबंधित शिकायतें प्राप्त हुईं।
पुलिस अधीक्षक ने सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि वे इन मामलों को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर निपटाएं और यह सुनिश्चित करें कि फरियादियों को न्याय मिले। उन्होंने जोर देकर कहा कि पुलिस का कर्तव्य है कि वह जनता की समस्याओं को सुने और उनका त्वरित समाधान करे। एसपी ने विशेष रूप से उन मामलों पर ध्यान देने को कहा जो लंबे समय से लंबित हैं और जिनके कारण जनता को परेशानी हो रही है।
उन्होंने अधिकारियों को हिदायत दी कि वे हर शिकायतकर्ता के साथ संवेदनशीलता और सम्मान के साथ पेश आएं। एसपी ने मासिक समीक्षा बैठक में सभी लंबित मामलों की प्रगति रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने का भी आदेश दिया। उन्होंने चेतावनी दी कि यदि किसी अधिकारी के स्तर पर लापरवाही पाई जाती है, तो उनके खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी। इस पहल का उद्देश्य पुलिस प्रशासन में पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही लाना है, ताकि आम जनता का पुलिस पर विश्वास बढ़ सके और उन्हें समय पर न्याय मिल सके। एसपी ने यह भी कहा कि जनता दरबार का नियमित आयोजन किया जाएगा ताकि लोगों को अपनी शिकायतें दर्ज कराने का एक सुलभ मंच मिल सके।
