Traffic was completely halted for approximately one hour on a major road in Bihar after a large tree suddenly fell across it. The incident led to long queues of vehicles on both sides of the road, causing significant inconvenience to commuters. According to reports, the incident occurred in the morning when traffic was normal.

Eyewitnesses stated that the tree fell abruptly without any warning, landing directly in the middle of the road. Fortunately, no vehicle was directly hit by the falling tree, averting a major accident. However, the fallen tree completely blocked the road. Upon receiving information, local administration and police teams were immediately dispatched to the scene.

Cranes and other equipment were used to clear the tree. After considerable effort, the tree was cut and removed from the road in about an hour, after which traffic resumed normalcy. Many commuters expressed frustration due to delays in reaching their destinations. This incident highlights the need for regular safety checks of old and weak trees alongside roads to prevent similar occurrences in the future and ensure commuter safety. Locals have urged the administration to conduct regular inspections and pruning of such trees.
