तारापुर में नशे में हंगामा कर रहे युवक को पुलिस ने किया गिरफ्तार, न्यायिक हिरासत में भेजा

मुंगेर जिले के तारापुर थाना क्षेत्र के आरएस कॉलेज के पास कुशवाहा कॉलोनी में शुक्रवार को पुलिस ने शराब के नशे में गाली-गलौज और हंगामा कर रहे एक युवक को गिरफ्तार किया। गिरफ्तार युवक की पहचान बांका जिले के शंभूगंज थाना क्षेत्र के चकरतनी गांव निवासी कृष्णदेव कुमार के रूप में हुई है। पुलिस ने युवक की मोटरसाइकिल भी जब्त कर ली है और उसे जुर्माने की कार्रवाई के लिए जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी के कार्यालय भेज दिया है।
तारापुर थानाध्यक्ष राज कुमार ने बताया कि पुलिस को सूचना मिली थी कि कुशवाहा कॉलोनी के पास एक युवक शराब पीकर गाली-गलौज और हंगामा कर रहा है। सूचना मिलते ही डायल-112 के पदाधिकारी एएसआई अनिकेत झा पुलिस टीम के साथ तुरंत मौके पर पहुंचे। पुलिस को देखते ही युवक को हिरासत में ले लिया गया। हिरासत में लिए गए युवक की ब्रेथ एनालाइजर से जांच की गई, जिसमें शराब पीने की आशंका सामने आई। इसके बाद उसे मेडिकल जांच के लिए अनुमंडल अस्पताल तारापुर भेजा गया, जहां जांच के दौरान युवक के शराब पीने की पुष्टि हो गई।
पुलिस ने कानूनी कार्रवाई करते हुए कृष्णदेव कुमार को गिरफ्तार कर न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया। थानाध्यक्ष ने यह भी बताया कि युवक जिस मोटरसाइकिल से मौके पर आया था, उसे जुर्माने की कार्रवाई के लिए जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी के कार्यालय भेजा गया है। परिवहन विभाग द्वारा तय जुर्माना भरने के बाद ही मोटरसाइकिल को छोड़ा जाएगा। सार्वजनिक स्थान पर नशे में हंगामा करने वालों के खिलाफ पुलिस की कार्रवाई जारी रहेगी।
A youth was arrested in Tarapur, Munger district, on Friday for creating a ruckus and abusing people while under the influence of alcohol. The incident occurred near RS College in Kushwaha Colony, under the Tarapur police station area. The arrested individual has been identified as Krishnadev Kumar, a resident of Chakartani village in Shambhuganj police station area of Banka district.
Tarapur Station House Officer (SHO) Raj Kumar stated that the police received information about a person consuming alcohol, abusing, and causing a disturbance near Kushwaha Colony. Acting swiftly on the tip-off, Dial-112 officer ASI Aniket Jha, along with a police team, immediately reached the spot. The youth was taken into custody upon the police's arrival.
A breathalyzer test confirmed the suspicion of alcohol consumption, following which Krishnadev Kumar was sent to Tarapur Sub-Divisional Hospital for a medical examination. The hospital confirmed that he had consumed alcohol. Subsequently, the police initiated legal proceedings, arrested him, and sent him to judicial custody. The police also seized the youth's motorcycle, which has been sent to the District Transport Officer's office for fine proceedings. The motorcycle will only be released after the prescribed fine is paid to the transport department. The SHO emphasized that strict action will continue against individuals causing public disturbance under the influence of alcohol.
