बांका जिले के पंजवारा थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत मध्य विद्यालय रामकोल में शनिवार को एक युवक ने हंगामा किया और समझाने पहुंचे डायल 112 पुलिस के चालक पर लोहे की रॉड से हमला कर दिया। इस हमले में चालक बलवंत कुमार के सिर में गंभीर चोट लगी और वह घायल हो गए। घटना के बाद पुलिस ने आरोपी युवक फंटूश यादव को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। बताया जा रहा है कि आरोपी युवक मानसिक रूप से कमजोर है।
घायल चालक बलवंत कुमार का इलाज बाराहाट सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र में कराया जा रहा है। जानकारी के अनुसार, रामकोल निवासी कन्हैया यादव का पुत्र फंटूश यादव शनिवार को अचानक हाथ में लोहे की रॉड लेकर मध्य विद्यालय रामकोल के परिसर में घुस गया। आरोप है कि युवक विद्यालय में शिक्षकों के साथ अभद्रता करते हुए हंगामा करने लगा।
स्थिति की गंभीरता को देखते हुए विद्यालय की प्रभारी प्रधानाध्यापिका कुसुम कुमारी ने डायल 112 पुलिस को घटना की सूचना दी। सूचना मिलते ही डायल 112 की टीम तुरंत विद्यालय पहुंची। चालक बलवंत कुमार ने युवक को समझाने का प्रयास किया। इसी दौरान फंटूश यादव ने अचानक लोहे की रॉड से बलवंत कुमार के सिर पर हमला कर दिया, जिससे उनका सिर फट गया और वे गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए।
हमले के बाद पुलिस ने मौके पर ही आरोपी युवक फंटूश यादव को पकड़ लिया। पंजवारा थानाध्यक्ष चंदन कुमार ने बताया कि आरोपी युवक को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है और मामले में आगे की कानूनी कार्रवाई की जा रही है। स्थानीय लोगों के अनुसार, आरोपी युवक मानसिक रूप से कमजोर है।
In a disturbing incident in Banka district, a youth who was creating a ruckus at Middle School Ramkol attacked a Dial 112 police driver with an iron rod on Saturday. The driver, Balwant Kumar, sustained serious head injuries in the assault. Police have since arrested the accused, Phantush Yadav, who is reportedly mentally unstable.
The injured driver is currently receiving treatment at Barahat Community Health Center. According to reports, Phantush Yadav, son of Kanhaiya Yadav of Ramkol, entered the premises of Middle School Ramkol on Saturday, carrying an iron rod. He allegedly behaved indecently with the teachers and caused a disturbance.
In response to the escalating situation, the school's acting principal, Kusum Kumari, alerted Dial 112 police. The Dial 112 team promptly arrived at the school. While driver Balwant Kumar attempted to reason with the youth, Phantush Yadav suddenly attacked him with the iron rod, causing a severe head injury.
Following the assault, police apprehended Phantush Yadav at the scene. Panjwara Station House Officer Chandan Kumar confirmed the arrest and stated that further legal action is being taken. Local residents have indicated that the accused is mentally unwell.
