A heartbreaking incident has emerged from a private school in Balrampur, Uttar Pradesh. A Ganesh Visarjan procession was passing outside the school, with loud music being played on a DJ system. The loud noise caused children in the classroom to jump and play around. During this commotion, a 12-year-old girl reportedly suffered a heart attack and died on the spot. The entire tragic incident was captured on CCTV.

Following the incident, school manager Ashish Upadhyay and his father Sonu Tiwari rushed the girl to the hospital, where doctors declared her brought dead. The exact cause of the girl's death is yet to be ascertained and will only be clear after the post-mortem report. The CCTV footage shows the girl playing just moments before she suddenly collapsed on a bench. Other children present tried to help her but were unable to comprehend the situation.

It is believed that the girl became uncomfortable due to the loud DJ music. The family is in deep mourning. Police have taken cognizance of the matter and are taking further action based on the CCTV footage. The Supreme Court has issued guidelines regarding the use of sound systems, but these are often not followed. In response to this incident, the Municipal Council President has announced a complete ban on DJs in the town. They stated that any DJ found operating would face an FIR and a fine of Rs 25,000.
