Barauli village in West Champaran has finally overcome its long-standing drinking water crisis. Thanks to the persistent efforts of local MLA Vinay Verma, the borewell project in the village has been successfully completed, providing residents with access to pure and adequate drinking water. This development has brought immense relief and joy to the entire village, which previously faced severe water scarcity, especially during the summer months.

MLA Vinay Verma stated that villagers had repeatedly approached him regarding the water problem in Barauli. He took the issue seriously and coordinated with relevant departments to prioritize and initiate the borewell work. Verma emphasized that access to clean drinking water is a fundamental right for every individual, and his government is continuously working in this direction. He also assured that similar water-stressed villages would be identified in the future, and prompt actions would be taken to resolve their issues.

Villagers have expressed their gratitude towards MLA Vinay Verma. A local resident mentioned, "We have been struggling with water scarcity for many years. Conditions worsened during summers. Now, with the borewell installed, we are getting pure water at our doorstep. This is a blessing for us." Another woman added, "We had to fetch water from faraway places, which consumed a lot of time and effort. Now, this problem is resolved."
