Recently, 'Cooperation Camps' were organized in three panchayats of Begusarai Sadar block with the aim of providing swift solutions to the problems faced by local residents. A total of 386 applications were received during these camps, with most of them being resolved on the spot. For the remaining applications, officials were given necessary instructions to ensure their resolution.

This initiative was undertaken as part of the government's 'Aapki Sarkar, Aapke Dwar' (Your Government, At Your Doorstep) concept, through which the administration directly reaches out to the public to address their grievances and needs. Officials from various departments were present at the camps, dealing with issues related to revenue, land disputes, social security pensions, ration cards, and other public utility services. Villagers appreciated this initiative, as it saved them from having to repeatedly visit the block office for their problem resolution.

Officials stated that the majority of applications received during the camps pertained to land disputes and mutation. Additionally, several complaints related to old-age pensions, widow pensions, disability pensions, and ration cards also emerged. Some villagers also registered complaints about not receiving work under MNREGA and being deprived of housing schemes.

During the camps, all applications were carefully heard by the presiding officers, who also verified the relevant documents. Cases that could be resolved on the spot were dealt with immediately. For the remaining applications, concerned departments were instructed to take action within a stipulated timeframe. Officials also assured that they would regularly monitor these pending cases to ensure effective resolution of all problems. Plans are underway to continue organizing such camps in the future to benefit a larger number of people.
