Bhabhua. Under the aegis of the Bihar State Primary Teachers Association, a teachers' unity conference was organized on Saturday at Srishti Palace in Chainpur. Presided over by Block President Diwan Hamid Khan, the conference saw teachers resolve to intensify their struggle for their rights and dignity. Hundreds of teachers, including district and state-level union officials, participated.

The conference extensively discussed various pending demands of teachers. These included service-related issues, promotions, salary discrepancies, the restoration of the old pension scheme, and the crucial demand for state employee status. The participating teachers collectively pledged to strengthen their fight for these rights.

Dr. Tulsi Prasad Singh, the union's media in-charge, stated that Santosh Kumar Prasad, the district president of the union, was present as the chief guest. Principal Secretary Seema Kumari was the special guest, while State Secretary Janardan Patel addressed the gathering as the main speaker. Additionally, State Representative Dharmchand Singh, District Treasurer Nirmal Chaubey, District Secretary Ravindra Singh, and several other officials also shared their views. Kundan Patel efficiently moderated the program.

In his address, Chief Guest Santosh Kumar Prasad stated that instead of resolving teachers' problems, the government is repeatedly putting them under pressure through various examinations and procedures. Main speaker Janardan Patel emphasized that it is the government's primary responsibility to resolve the issues faced by teachers. Hundreds of teachers, including Manoj Kumar Srivastava, Arvind Kumar Pandey, Bhanu Patel, Babul Shah, Rajkumar, Kundan Patel, Sarita Kumari, Uday Shankar Rai, Ram Pravesh Ram, Jarkha Khan, Roshan Paswan, Satish Patel, Sunita Devi, Diwan Afsar Khan, Manohar Yadav, Saroj Patel, Mukesh Patel, Sangeeta Devi, and Ravi Prakash, attended the conference.
