The Biharsharif Municipal Corporation has launched a new initiative for the quick resolution of public grievances. Following the success of the 'Twarit Biharsharif' campaign, a new system has been devised to address other complaints. Under this new arrangement, citizens will no longer need to repeatedly visit the municipal corporation office for minor issues or departmental information. They can now directly contact the concerned official on their mobile number to get solutions and initial feedback on the action taken.

Municipal Commissioner Krityanand Ranjan stated that resolving public issues is the municipal corporation's top priority. He acknowledged that many people visit the office daily with complaints regarding drainage, roads, encroachment, and other matters, facing difficulties when officials are unavailable. To address this, a list of all officers' jurisdictions and contact numbers has been released. This list will be widely publicized at the ward level, enabling people to contact the relevant officials directly for prompt resolution of their issues.

The released list includes the names and mobile numbers of officials from various departments. For road and drainage projects, Kalika Prasad (Nagar Nikas Pramandal-1) can be contacted. Shams Raza (Deputy Municipal Commissioner) handles property tax collection, encroachment, and other office tasks. Sakesh Kumar Sinha (City Manager) is responsible for Right to Information and other miscellaneous office work, while Tripurari Sharan Sanjay (City Manager) deals with property tax collection, housing schemes, and illegal constructions. For sanitation-related issues, Vinay Kumar and Kundan Kumar (Sanitation Officers), and Parmanand Prasad (Sanitation Inspector) are available. For water supply arrangements, Kundan Kumar (Deputy Project Director, BUDCO), Apurva Rani (Assistant Engineer), and Nagendra Kumar Satpal (Junior Engineer) can be reached. For lighting provisions, Parmanand Prasad (Electrical Supervisor) and Sanjay Kumar (Electrician) have also had their numbers released.
