महिला पहलवानों के कथित यौन उत्पीड़न मामले में राउज़ एवेन्यू कोर्ट से पूर्व सांसद और भारतीय कुश्ती संघ के पूर्व अध्यक्ष बृजभूषण शरण सिंह के बरी होने के बाद सोमवार को बलरामपुर के चाउरखाता मंदिर परिसर में उनके समर्थकों ने मिठाई बांटकर खुशी का इजहार किया। इस दौरान समर्थकों ने अदालत के फैसले का स्वागत करते हुए इसे सच्चाई की जीत बताया।
कार्यक्रम का नेतृत्व कर रहे कीर्तिवर्धन सिंह ने कहा कि अदालत के फैसले से यह स्पष्ट हो गया है कि सत्य की हमेशा जीत होती है। उन्होंने न्यायपालिका पर सभी को विश्वास रखने और अदालत के निर्णय का सम्मान करने की अपील की। समीर सिद्दीकी ने बृजभूषण शरण सिंह की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि वे हमेशा गरीबों, वंचितों और मजलूमों के हितों के लिए संघर्ष करते रहे हैं और उन्होंने कभी किसी के साथ अन्याय नहीं किया। अदालत के इस फैसले से उनके समर्थकों में खुशी का माहौल है।
