Buxar | A condolence meeting was organized at the Congress camp office located in the Chini Mill Mohalla of the city following the untimely demise of Congress leader and former Mukhiya Ravindranath Upadhyay alias Buccha Upadhyay, who passed away in a road accident on Thursday afternoon. A two-minute silence was observed in the सभा (meeting) for the peace of the departed soul. During the condolence meeting, senior Bihar Pradesh Congress leader TN Chaubey stated that Buccha Upadhyay was a very kind-hearted and popular leader among the people. He described Buccha Upadhyay's passing as a great loss for the Congress party and society.

Attendees at the condolence meeting recalled Buccha Upadhyay's social work and his humble nature. Several speakers highlighted his dedication to public service and his popularity. Among those present at the condolence meeting were Rahul Chaubey, Bankatesh Chaubey, Ramdular Tiwari, Satish Pandey, advocate Ajay Dubey, Manoj Pandey, Shivji, Rakesh Tiwari, Deepak Kumar Sonu Yadav, Mithlesh Kumar, Mohd Asfaq, Raju Paswan, Kanhaiya Kharwar, Srinivas Ram, Jaglal Ram, along with many other local leaders and workers. Everyone prayed for the peace of the departed soul and expressed their condolences to the grieving family.
