Buxar. Under the Bihar government's ambitious 'Saat Nishchay-3' scheme, Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary inaugurated 551 Saraswati Vidya Niketan (Ideal Schools) across the state on Sunday. Following this, a program was organized in Buxar district, where District Magistrate Sahila participated in the inauguration ceremony via video conferencing from the MP High School, Buxar campus. The event was attended by Deputy Development Commissioner Niharika Chhavi, district-level officers, public representatives, and MLAs and local representatives from various blocks.

As part of the 'Advanced Education, Bright Future' policy, one Saraswati Vidya Niketan (Ideal School) has been established in the district school of each district and in every block. In Buxar district, a total of 11 such ideal schools have been developed. The primary objective of these schools is to provide modern resources and quality education to students in both rural and urban areas. The government aims to develop these schools as centers of academic excellence and capacity building.

To address the shortage of teachers, qualified educators have been appointed through a transparent process, ensuring a better learning environment for students. Under this scheme, government schools are being equipped with modern facilities akin to private schools, including smart classes, fully functional ICT labs, state-of-the-art science laboratories, well-stocked libraries, clean toilets, modern classrooms, and special coaching provisions for students.

Considering the holistic development of students, sports and co-curricular activities have been made mandatory alongside academics. Furthermore, to promote uniformity and equality, special uniforms for students will be prepared and distributed through Jeevika Didis. The government believes that this initiative will not only transform the image of government schools but also play a crucial role in preparing Bihar's students for national and global competition.
