A massive traffic jam has occurred on the Buxar-Bharauli bridge, connecting Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, since Wednesday morning. The gridlock has led to long queues of vehicles, severely disrupting traffic flow. An ambulance also got stuck in the jam, causing significant distress to the patient's family. This two-lane bridge, located between Bharauli village in Ballia district and Buxar, is completely choked with vehicles. While some vehicles moved at a snail's pace in the morning, most remained stationary on the bridge. The ambulance being trapped prevented the patient from receiving timely medical attention, exacerbating the difficulties for the accompanying family members. Additionally, traffic congestion was observed on National Highway 31, further impacting the overall traffic management in the region.
