A free employment training program, 'Graduate Employment Enhancement Training', is being launched at the District Employment Office in Buxar to prepare local youth for job opportunities. This initiative is a collaboration between Learnet Skills Limited and Infosys Foundation. The program is scheduled to commence on September 18, 2026, at 10 AM at the District Employment Office, Buxar.

Eligibility for the program extends to youth who have completed 12th grade, ITI, or hold a graduate degree. Specifically, students who achieved these qualifications in 2026 are eligible. Additionally, those who obtained these qualifications in previous years and have not participated in this specific program before are also welcome to apply. Applicants must be between 18 and 28 years of age. However, individuals who participated in the employment readiness assessment or training under this program in 2025 or earlier are not eligible to apply this time.

The training will include an employment readiness assessment to help participants understand their strengths and career interests. Upon completion, participants will receive a career assessment report and a certificate. They will also be provided with a free kit box containing a T-shirt, books, notebooks, and pens. The primary goal of the training is to equip young individuals with essential practical and communication skills, such as interview techniques and conversational abilities, to enhance their employability. Post-training, job placement assistance will be offered to connect participants with suitable employment opportunities.
