Buxar is set to host a major job fair on November 2, 2026, organized by the District Employment Office. Representatives from 21 companies will be present to select candidates for various positions. The fair will commence at 10 AM at the ITI premises located in the Joint Labor Building.

District Employment Officer Pranav Prateek announced that the fair will feature companies from technical, non-technical, security, insurance, delivery, education, and industrial sectors. Participating companies include AB India Services, Pratice Solution Services, Nav Bharat Fertilizer, National Insurance, Rastogi Industries, Blink Commerce, LIC India, Instacart Services, SIS Limited, Innomax Industries, and SRVT Global Talentaise.

Salaries for different positions will range from ₹11,500 to ₹35,000 per month, with some salaries determined based on interviews and selection processes. Companies are looking to fill roles such as Data Entry Operator, Tele Caller, Helper, Technician, Sales Trainee, Insurance Advisor, Machine Operator, Picker-Packer, Delivery Boy, Guard, Supervisor, Accountant, Quality Checker, and Teacher.

Some positions offer opportunities to work in various districts of Bihar, while others provide nationwide placements. Educational qualifications range from 10th pass to ITI, Diploma, and Graduation. The age limit for applicants is between 18 and 45 years. Candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria and age requirements of the respective companies before attending the fair.

The District Employment Officer emphasized that a minimum qualification of 8th pass is required to participate in the fair. Registration on the Bihar Rojgar Portal ( ) is also mandatory, although registration facilities will be available at the fair venue. Prateek urged the youth of the district to utilize this opportunity. Even those not seeking immediate employment can visit the fair to gather information about various schemes and programs run by the District Industries Centre, Jeevika, and DRCC.
