Police in Buxar district have arrested three individuals during a raid on a mobile shop where an alcohol party was underway. A country-made pistol and three live cartridges were also recovered from the scene. The incident occurred within the Buxar Nagar Police Station area, following a tip-off received by the police about illegal liquor consumption and trade being conducted under the guise of a mobile shop.

Acting swiftly on the intelligence, a team led by Nagar Police Station SHO Amit Kumar was formed. The team raided the mobile shop, catching those inside by surprise. While some attempted to flee, the police quickly surrounded the premises and apprehended all three individuals on the spot. Interrogations are ongoing to identify any other persons involved in this illicit operation.
