बक्सर के राजपुर प्रखंड क्षेत्र की सभी पंचायतों में बिहार विशेष भूमि सर्वेक्षण एवं बंदोबस्त का कार्य तेजी से चल रहा है। रैयतों की सुविधा और जमीन से जुड़े रिकॉर्ड को अपडेट करने के लिए सर्वेक्षण कर्मी लगातार काम कर रहे हैं। कुछ मौजों में खतियान लेखन का कार्य अंतिम चरण में है, जबकि कई पंचायतों में सर्वेक्षण का काम तेजी से आगे बढ़ रहा है।
सर्वेक्षण टीम ने हरपुर पंचायत के मौजा खानपुर माफी थाना संख्या 205 और मनीपुर में खतियान लेखन का कार्य पूरी तरह पूरा कर लिया है। वहीं, चिंतामनपुर और बारूपुर पंचायत के मकोरियाडीह मौजा में खतियान तैयार करने का काम तेजी से जारी है। जिन मौजों में खतियान लेखन का काम पूरा हो चुका है, वहां अब रैयतों की वंशावली के भौतिक सत्यापन के लिए विशेष ग्राम सभा आयोजित की जाएगी। ग्राम सभा के माध्यम से संबंधित भूमि मालिकों की जानकारी और वंशावली का सत्यापन किया जाएगा।
प्रखंड सर्वेक्षण अधिकारी अमित कुमार ने बताया कि शेष बचे मौजों में किस्तवार भूमि मापी और मैपिंग का काम तेजी से किया जा रहा है। प्रशासन की कोशिश है कि निर्धारित समय-सीमा के भीतर भूमि सर्वेक्षण के सभी चरणों को पूरा कर लिया जाए, ताकि आम लोगों को किसी तरह की परेशानी का सामना न करना पड़े। अधिकारी ने किसानों और भूमि मालिकों को सलाह दी है कि वे अपने जमीन के रिकॉर्ड की जांच जरूर कर लें, खासकर खतियान में नाम, खाता, खेसरा और रकबा की जानकारी को ध्यान से देखें। किसी भी गड़बड़ी या शिकायत मिलने पर रैयत बिना झिझक सर्वेक्षण कार्यालय में संपर्क कर अपनी आपत्ति दर्ज करा सकते हैं और रिकॉर्ड में जरूरी सुधार करा सकते हैं।

Block Survey Officer Amit Kumar stated that cadastral land measurement and mapping are being carried out swiftly in the remaining villages. The administration aims to complete all phases of the land survey within the stipulated time to avoid any inconvenience to the public. The officer has advised farmers and landowners to thoroughly check their land records, especially their names, khata, khesra, and area in the khatian. In case of any discrepancies or complaints, landowners can contact the survey office to register their objections and facilitate necessary corrections in the records.
