A large-scale tree plantation drive was organized in Chitbaragaon with the aim of promoting environmental conservation and greenery. Chairman Amarjeet Singh led this initiative, which was conducted under the 'Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam' (One Tree in Mother's Name) campaign. A large number of local residents and activists participated enthusiastically, making the event a success.

During the campaign, various types of saplings were planted, including fruit-bearing, shade-giving, and medicinal plants. Chairman Amarjeet Singh stated that the main objective of this campaign is to make people aware of environmental issues and inspire them towards tree plantation. He specifically emphasized the concept of 'Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam,' where every individual pledges to plant a tree in honor of their mother and take care of it. Singh further added that planting trees is not enough; their proper care and conservation are equally important. He appealed to everyone present to regularly look after the planted saplings and protect them until they grow big.
